One of our business units is seeking a Retail Supervisor will combine strong leadership skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility and hands-on experience in floral retail, indoor landscaping, and client-facing project coordination.
Responsibilities
Client Relations & Communication
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Confidently represent the company's high standards when engaging with corporate (B2B) clients and VIP clientele.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering captivating, tailored floral and indoor landscaping proposals.
Project, Event & Installation Management
- Strong aptitude for coordinating floral, indoor landscaping, and event projects, including basic budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning.
- Oversee the execution of floral installations, indoor green setups, and event dcor, ensuring timely delivery and premium quality standards.
Design, Aesthetic & Indoor Landscaping Expertise
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles, with refined taste and strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Knowledge of indoor landscaping and interior plant styling, with the ability to propose, coordinate, and oversee indoor green installations aligned with client branding, spatial design, and overall aesthetic objectives.
Technical &Experience
Education
- Degree or professional certificate in Horticulture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in drawing and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth familiarity with various flower and plant types, seasonality, and proper handling and care techniques.
