We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support to retail branches while ensuring smooth daily performance.

Job Nature

Provide on-site support for retail branches

Handle technical issues related to desktops and basic IT troubleshooting

Assist retail staff with system and operational inquiries

Monitor daily operations and ensure service standards are met

Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments

Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Requirements

University Graduate (Bachelor's degree required)

Strong problem-solving skills, especially in desktop troubleshooting

High attention to detail

Ability to work on-site

Good communication and coordination skills

Previous retail or support experience is a plus
