We are seeking a talented and visionary Visual Merchandising professional coordinator to support in elevating our brand presence and bring our retail spaces to life with exceptional VM and Project Management.

Your Impact

Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Supports the execution of visual merchandising activities in boutiques by adapting global brand guidelines and ensuring consistent, high-quality in-store presentation.

• Assist in the coordination and rollout of store animations, planograms, and POS materials across all boutiques.
• Support communication with external partners (agencies, suppliers, distributors) and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate local production of VM materials, supporting quality control, timelines, and budget tracking.

In-store & Project Coordination

• Work closely with the Global In-Store team and suppliers on the execution of global store animations.
• Support project timelines, follow up on milestones, and monitor execution in boutiques.
• Maintain checklists, track store requirements, and follow up on orders and VM props.

Visual Merchandising & Planograms

• Support the implementation of visual merchandising setups before and during animation periods.
• Assist with planogram updates and ensure accurate in-store implementation in line with brand guidelines.

Reporting & Follow-up

• Track animation progress from preparation to store implementation.
• Collect images and visual assets from boutiques and prepare clear summary reports across regions.

Your Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or Fashion Merchandising.
• 2+ year's professional experience in Beauty Luxury Industry.
• Experience and knowledge in Retail animations mangement, Merchandising Trends.
• Excellent English Language Skills, (Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous)
• Dubai Based with Driver's license.
• Traveling & market visits to stores are required: (40% of the time)
• Geography footprint: Global
