Revenue Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Analyst to lead the opening ofHyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Revenue Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the hotel by supporting strategic pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. You'll analyze data, identify trends, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to maximize revenue and profitability across all market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily revenue management operations for the property, including rate loading, forecasting, and demand analysis.
• Monitor and analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional offers to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for leadership and assist in business reviews.
• Maintain accuracy of data in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and execution.
• Review group and transient business performance to ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate revenue projections and performance analysis.
• Support the implementation of Hyatt's corporate revenue initiatives and systems enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt's pricing and distribution standards across all channels.
