Assistant Manager/ Manager Revenue Assurance
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Consulting professional to lead and deliver highimpact consulting engagements across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Revenue Assurance, Revenue Protection, Fraud Management, and business process optimization, along with strong analytical and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend consulting engagements focused on Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Revenue Protection, and process improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Perform data analysis, root cause assessments, and develop insights to support client decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables, including gap analysis reports, audit findings, process flows, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
- Drive internal initiatives, contribute to practice growth, and support proposal development for new consulting opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of project governance, compliance, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong domain experience in one or more of - Revenue Assurance/ Revenue Protection/ Revenue Management, Fraud Management/ Fraud Detection, Identification & Mitigation
- Proven expertise in - Business process analysis, Data analysis & insights
- Hands-on experience in Preparation of reports, presentations, gap assessments, and audit documentation, Process mapping and workflow design
- Industry experience across Telecom/ Utilities/ Healthcare/ Consulting / Advisory services
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
- Handson knowledge of tools such as Machine Learning frameworks, Python, R
- Experience applying ML techniques in fraud detection or revenue leakage areas is a plus.)
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, PMI, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are desirable.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Location
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (travel may be required based on project demands).
