Revenue Executive

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Executive to support the Revenue Manager in maximizing revenue and profitability across multiple outlets or business units. The role focuses on monitoring pricing strategies, analysing market trends, and optimizing distribution channels to drive revenue growth and operational performance.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing inventory and pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, historical data, and market insights to ensure strong revenue performance and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Revenue Manager in implementing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Coordinate with operational teams to ensure effective execution of revenue strategies

Monitor distribution channels to maintain optimal inventory control and pricing strategies

Analyse market data, demand patterns, and performance metrics to identify business opportunities

Conduct competitor pricing and product analysis to ensure competitive market positioning

Assist with demand forecasting and evaluate performance against revenue targets

Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports

Participate in pricing decisions for different market segments

Monitor upcoming events, exhibitions, and market activities that may impact demand

Work closely with reservations, sales, and commercial teams to optimize revenue opportunities

Evaluate distribution channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide analytical support for revenue strategy planning and implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

24 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or commercial analysis

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Good knowledge of revenue management principles and pricing strategies

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret market trends
