To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Revenue Growth Analysis Specialist:

Job purpose:

The main duty of this position is to drive business acquisition and revenue growth by providing essential insights and analysis for the commercial department.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Consolidate data extracted from internal systems to build and maintain a daily-updated database covering all merchants and their performance metrics.
  • Develop interactive dashboards based on the database, ensuring each stakeholder receives access only to the data relevant to them.
  • Validate merchant transactions and payout reports upon request from the Sales Team.
  • Manage reversed payouts for all key-chain merchants.
  • Coordinating between Sales and onboarding teams.
  • Calculate monthly commissions for the Sales Team based on target achievement across all relevant KPIs.
  • Handling the corporate, performance and sales capabilities reporting.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fintech experience and Banking background is a plus.
  • Analytics experience and a commercial business background is a must.
  • Proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
