growth into system-driven scalability, where pricing, revenue logic, and decision-making must be

institutionalized rather than individual-dependent.

This role is critical to that transition.

Position Title: Revenue Manager Short-Term Rentals (STR)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor with Strategic Ownership

Compensation

EGP 50,000 100,000 per month (gross)

Compensation is based on (STR revenue experience, system-building capability, and portfolio-level

impact)

This compensation band reflects ownership of revenue logic, not task execution.

Role Purpose

The Revenue Manager is responsible for designing, owning, and continuously optimizing the revenue

management system for the company's short-term rental portfolio in Cairo. The role requires building

a structured, documented, and scalable pricing framework that drives ADR growth, occupancy

stability, channel parity, and profitability.

Key Outcomes

Fully documented STR revenue management system

Clear pricing logic by zone, unit type, and season

Reduced ad-hoc pricing decisions

Improved ADR with stable occupancy

Alignment across Sales, Operations, and Marketing
