The Role
As a Revenue Manager, you will own pricing and revenue optimization across Livbnb's short-term rental portfolio. You'll use market data, demand trends, and performance insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across all booking channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies
- Optimize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all properties
- Monitor market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing
- Manage pricing and availability across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct)
- Adjust rates and stay rules in real time based on demand
- Build forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams
- Identify underperforming listings and drive improvement strategies
- Manage revenue tools and pricing software
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or travel preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with OTAs and channel managers
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse)
- Familiarity with PMS platforms (Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable)
- Knowledge of STR revenue metrics and best practices
