Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Coordinator with 5–10 years of experience to manage and coordinate BIM/Revit models across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of project models while supporting project delivery in the Eastern Province.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and clashes.
- Perform model audits, quality checks, and ensure data integrity.
- Support project teams with Revit-related technical issues and training.
- Manage model sharing, file organization, and version control.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in BIM/Revit coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks).
- Good understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong English communication skills in speaking and writing are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards.
- BIM certification is a plus.
