Revit Specialist - Architecture & Interiors (BG Group - Design Studio Divison)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing detailed BIM models for architecture and interiors across our high-end villa and tower projects. You will work closely with the design director and project architects to translate conceptual ideas into comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring precision and design fidelity throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

01. Software & BIM Skills

Strong, hands-on proficiency in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM 360.

Ability to work independently on Revit models and drawings without extensive supervision.

02. Technical Interior Design Background

Proven experience in producing detailed interior design drawings, including full joinery/shop drawings, detailed sections, elevations, and coordination drawings.

03. Architectural Drawing Experience

Experience in preparing architectural drawings for villas and similar projects, including authority approval drawings.

04. Materials & Specifications Knowledge

Good understanding of interior and architectural materials, finishes, and the ability to prepare and review material specifications.

05. BIM Coordination

Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and coordination with MEP/structural models.

06. Revit Standards & Templates

Ability to set up and manage company Revit standards, templates, families, and workflows.

Capability to coordinate Revit standards and drawing production methods with other team members.

07. Design Interpretation & Package Delivery

Ability to prepare a full Interior Design drawing package based on 3D renders, with minimal supervision.

• Sufficient creative understanding to interpret design intent where areas are not fully designed and complete them logically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 46 years of experience in BIM/Revit for architectural and interior projects, preferably within the luxury residential sector
• Proven experience delivering Revit models for large-scale towers and bespoke villas from concept to IFC stage
• Strong understanding of UAE/Nakheel/DDA authority requirements and construction standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Enscape or Twinmotion is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and team collaboration skills
