We are seeking a skilled
RF / Network Application Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, deploying, and optimizing wireless networks in real-world field environments. The ideal candidate combines strong RF fundamentals with hands-on deployment experience and practical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan wireless network deployments using mmWave and microwave technologies
- Conduct site surveys, LOS analysis, and feasibility studies
- Deploy, configure, and commission wireless backhaul and access solutions in the field
- Perform RF optimization, including link budgets, antenna alignment, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF, network, and deployment issues in live environments
- Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and operations teams
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to improve solutions and deployment practices
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, test results, and close-out reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in RF design, wireless network planning, or field deployment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client interactions professionally
- Familiarity with mmWave, WiGig (802.11ad/ay), microwave, or wireless backhaul technologies
- Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budgeting, and interference analysis
- Hands-on experience with IP networking, switches, routers, VLANs, and basic L2/L3 concepts
- Experience with RF planning or simulation tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work in field environments (towers, rooftops, customer sites)
The candidate must have hands-on experience across the five key stages of the project management lifecycle:
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closure, with proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and ensure successful delivery.
