System Management: Install, configure, and maintain Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
Storage Management: Configure LVM, NFS, SAN multipathing, and file systems (ext4, XFS, JFS2).
Operating Systems: Expert-level knowledge of RHEL 7/8/9
Automation: Proficiency with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for configuration management.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift).
Virtualization: manage VMware or KVM environments for Linux.

Good to have:
WebSphere Application Server (WAS): Install, configure, and support IBM WAS (Network Deployment and Liberty profiles). Perform JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and troubleshooting.
IBM MQ: Administer IBM MQ (Message Queue) managers, queues, channels, and listeners. Ensure reliable message delivery and setup high-availability configurations.
