Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for delivery associates, from document collection to activation readiness
- Ensure rider compliance and documentation are complete, accurate, and always up to date
- Deliver onboarding briefings on SOPs, safety, customer etiquette, and service expectations
- Monitor daily/weekly rider performance and take corrective action to improve results
- Coach riders on productivity, attendance, punctuality, and service quality
- Identify underperformance early and run structured improvement plans with follow-ups
- Manage roster adherence and track absences, late arrivals, and no-shows
- Resolve on-ground rider issues quickly to prevent delivery disruptions
- Handle misconduct, incidents, and complaints fairly, with proper documentation and escalation
- Maintain trackers and provide clear performance/compliance reporting to Operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisor experience in last-mile delivery (rider fleet)
- Strong knowledge of UAE routes and traffic patterns
- UAE driving license (motorcycle/car)
