About the Role:
MIS CONNECT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to support the company's operational performance, strategic goals, and overall stability.
The Risk Manager will evaluate risks across financial, operational, and strategic areas. You will collaborate with internal departments to identify potential risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and ensure strong risk governance practices are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Risk Assessments across all relevant business units
- Develop, implement, and maintain Risk Frameworks aligned with MIS CONNECT's objectives
- Oversee and monitor Operational Risk activities, controls, and incident reporting
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management
- Identify weaknesses in risk controls and propose corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote risk awareness across departments and support mitigation initiatives
- Proven experience in Risk Framework development
- Proven experience in Business Continuity planning
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in risk management or a related discipline (preferably within financial institutions or large corporations).
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks as well as international standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
