Job Summary

Responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with clients in the transportation, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the road marking and traffic management sectors, with a focus on public sector contracts, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and municipal/government representatives.
  • Product Specification: Work with the technical team to create accurate and detailed road marking specifications tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt our offerings and sales strategies effectively.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Deliver product presentations, prepare detailed quotations, and provide expert advice on road marking solutions to customers.
  • Project Support: Assist in the coordination and specification of road marking projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support, troubleshooting, and project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Education

  • Bachelor of Engineering preferably Civil or Equivalent

Work Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or specification within the road marking, civil engineering, or construction industry (preferred).
  • Understanding of road marking products, materials, and industry standards, along with the ability to specify solutions based on customer needs.
  • Basic understanding of road construction processes and traffic management solutions.
