Job Description
Implement and maintain the Project Road Safety Plan in compliance with ADNOC HSE-OS-ST25.
Coordinate Journey Management Plans (JMP) for all project vehicle movements.
Conduct Route Risk Assessments (RRA) and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Monitor driver competency, licensing, medical fitness, fatigue management, and defensive driving compliance.
Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC Life-Saving Rules Driving.
Deliver road safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with road safety requirements.
Lead and support investigations of road traffic incidents and near misses.
Prepare and submit road safety KPIs, reports, and dashboards to project HSE management.
Coordinate closely with fleet, logistics, and security teams to enhance road safety performance.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent ADNOC-approved HSE qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in road safety or transport safety within oil & gas or large infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE-OS-ST25 and UAE traffic regulations.
Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.
