Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Robotics Sales Engineer. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to identify their needs, providing technical expertise on robotics solutions, and generating new business opportunities. The role requires conducting technical demonstrations, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with technical teams to provide tailored solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical to excelling in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively assess client needs and provide customized solutions
- Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotics solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in providing technical demonstrations and detailed product information
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in robotics, automation, or related technological fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline is preferred
