ABOUT THE FUNCTION
Provides leadership, and balanced scorecard approach to all areas of Human Resources Management.
Ensure all L&D strategies support the overall hotel goals and objectives by ensuring development strategy in place to motivate and drive a dynamic, highly engaged, high performance team.
High levels of Emotional Intelligence, Integrity and compliance relating to confidentiality of the L&D function, and respectful cultural responsibilities.
