ABOUT THE FUNCTION

Provides leadership, and balanced scorecard approach to all areas of Human Resources Management.

Ensure all L&D strategies support the overall hotel goals and objectives by ensuring development strategy in place to motivate and drive a dynamic, highly engaged, high performance team.

High levels of Emotional Intelligence, Integrity and compliance relating to confidentiality of the L&D function, and respectful cultural responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Tertiary qualification or min 5 years in L&D role with experience in globally recognized properties
• Qualification in or pursing studies in L&D discipline advantageous.
• Fully conversant in business tools, including financial and strategic planning.
• A highly organized, open and objective management style, who has a collaborative approach to ensure business success
