We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens and towels
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible with working shifts, including weekends and holidays
