Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for hotel guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
  • Dust and polish furniture
  • Vacuum carpets and clean floors
  • Restock room supplies such as coffee, tea, and toiletries
  • Report any maintenance issues in the rooms to the appropriate department
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Room Attendant or similar role
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Attention to detail
  • Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints
