We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join a well-known Islamic Bank. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, process understanding, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams to deliver impactful automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development
- Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
- Implement RE-Framework, state machines, and queue-based automation.
- Apply selectors, data scraping, screen scraping, and UI automation techniques.
- Ensure robust exception handling with Try-Catch and Global Exception Handler.
Programming & Scripting
- Utilize VB.NET and C# within UiPath expressions.
- Apply LINQ, Regular Expressions, DataTables, and array manipulation.
- Integrate Python or PowerShell scripts with automation workflows.
System Integration & APIs
- Consume REST/SOAP APIs in automation solutions.
- Handle JSON/XML serialization and deserialization.
Database Interaction
- Write and optimize SQL queries (joins, aggregation, transactions).
- Integrate automation with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Solution Architecture
- Design scalable, reusable, and modular automation components.
- Contribute to RPA Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Manage multi-robot orchestration, distributed bot scheduling, and licensing models.
- Oversee package versioning, code repositories, and deployment lifecycle.
Soft Skills & Cross-Functional Abilities
- Conduct process assessments, feasibility analysis, and create process flowcharts.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and operations teams.
- Prepare documentation including PDDs, SDDs, technical assessments, and unit tests.
- Communicate automation value, risks, and limitations to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability in agile environments.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
- Automation Developer Professional Certification.
