About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong consulting, business analysis, and project delivery expertise to join our Digital team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating proposals and delivering automation solutions across BPM, RPA, and related digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Pre-Sales
- Develop high-quality proposals, solution documents, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support pre-sales discussions, requirement clarifications, and value articulation.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design end-to-end automation solutions.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, mapping, and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Identify automation opportunities across BPM, RPA, and workflow management.
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive Agile or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and status meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or automation-led roles.
- Proven experience in proposal creation, business analysis, and project management.
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
- Hands-on understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and life cycle.
- Experience working in a consulting or services-led environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Agentic Automation or next-generation AI-driven automation frameworks.
- Experience with K2, UiPath, or Microsoft automation and workflow platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of process orchestration, citizen development, or intelligent automation stacks.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East for client engagements.
