The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Role - Regional Sales [around 8 to 10 years of exp] to expand business from new and existing customers.
- Must have experience in selling banking solutions with know-how of banking ecosystems and brief knowledge on the Digital / technology trends
- Must have consultative selling experience
- Must have experience of handling RFP / bidding process
- Must have experience in B2B selling with high value ticket
- Must have good C-level / Mid-level connects within banks
- Must have self-driven attitude to elevate business growth through lead generation, marketing, relationships, etc.
Exp: 8 to 12 yrs
