What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing
- Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and PSI's off-plan portfolio
- Generate business through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support documentation and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in UAE real estate sales/brokerage (fresh candidates are welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with comfort in a commission-based structure
- Fluency in Arabic or a European language is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
