Health Industry expertise with understanding of healthcare ecosystem on how health insurance is offered, administered, serviced, and managed by different entities, especially public health clients. Exposure to global healthcare industry landscape like US, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Pacific region.
Public Service Industry expertise with exposure to Digital Citizen Services (grants management, low touch services), Digital Government platform and experience in Social Service/Education/Postal/Revenue/Cities & Infrastructure sub industry
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Called upon to apply your solid understanding of Data, Data on cloud and disruptive technologies.
Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of Data and Analytics platforms, data integration w/ cloud and industry best practices in data governance and management
Your experience counts!
MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 6 years of consulting experience with rich exposure to Health and/or Public Service consulting domains will be a good fit
Experience with information strategy, data architecture, data modernization, data governance, data management, data operating model and data security experience across all stages of the innovation spectrum, with a remit to build the future in real-time
Certified on DAMA (Data Management) or Azure Data Architecture or Google Cloud Data Analytics or AWS Data Analytics will be desirable.
Data SME - Technical understanding of data platforms, data on cloud strategy, data strategy, data operating model, change management of data transformation programs, data modeling skills.
Data Platforms - Technical understanding of data platform strategy for data on cloud migrations, big data technologies, experience in architecting large scale data lake and DW on cloud solutions. Experience one or more technologies in this space: AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Hadoop, Cloudera
Data Strategy - Data Capability Maturity Assessment, Data & Analytics / AI Strategy, Data Operating Model & Governance, Data Hub Enablement, Data on Cloud Strategy, Data Architecture Strategy
Data Interoperability - Expertise in designing and implementing interoperability solutions that enable seamless data exchange across healthcare and enterprise systems. Deep understanding of FHIR, HL7, CDA, and other data exchange standards. Experience in developing API-based data sharing frameworks, ensuring data consistency, security, and compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Knowledge of interoperability tools such as HealthShare, OpenEHR etc.
Data Transformation Lead - Understanding of data supply chain and data platforms on cloud, experience in conducting alignment workshops, building value realization framework for data transformations, program management experience.
GenAI - Leveraging, customizing, and implementing Gen AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to improve the overall quality of the Gen AI products, applications, and systems
Experience one or more technologies in this space: Collibra, Talend, Informatica, SAP MDG, Stibo, Alteryx, Alation etc.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
Arabic & English language fluency (oral and written)
