The Practice A Brief Sketch
The GN Management Consulting Group is part of Accenture Strategy. We help clients craft strategies at the intersection of business and technology, shape new operating models, and drive measurable value across industries.
What You Would Do
As a Consultant Public Services Data & AI, you will:
Support data and AI strategy initiatives by analyzing client needs and translating them into technical solutions
Assist in the design and deployment of AI models including ML, NLP, and computer vision applications
Create dashboards and insights frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making
Work on data management activities including integration, governance, and data quality assessment
Help clients adopt data platforms aligned with public service objectives and policy requirements
Contribute to solution implementation, including coding (Python, R), pipeline building, and AI/ML deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage client stakeholders during workshops and delivery phases
Stay informed on emerging data and AI technologies, contributing to innovation in ongoing projects
Deliver training and documentation for client users to ensure successful adoption of AI/data solutions
Public Service Experience What We Look For
We seek professionals with exposure to core strategy and transformation projects in at least one of the following public service sub-industries:
Social Services: Employment, Pensions, Education, Child Welfare, Digital Citizen Services
Education
Global Critical Infrastructure Services: Smart Cities, Urban Planning
Administrative Areas: Revenue, Post & Parcel, Citizen Experience, Federal Funds, Back Office Modernization
Skills And Qualifications Expected
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
Basic project coordination skills, ideally in agile or consulting environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to NDMO/DAMA frameworks is a plus
Arabic fluency is a plus
