S. Designer Engineer

Key Responsibilities ( Designer Engineer )

Develop conceptual designs and transform ideas into clear architectural proposals.

Prepare and present design presentations, mood boards, diagrams, 3D visuals, and sketches.

Produce detailed architectural drawings for design development and coordinate with other disciplines.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and financial goals.

Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning layouts.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Collaborate with structural, MEP, and technical office teams to maintain design integrity during development.

Review materials, finishes, and architectural details to ensure high-quality design outcomes.

Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and client presentations.

Provide support during project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

57 years of experience in architectural design (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).

Strong proficiency in:

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

Lumion / Enscape

Photoshop

Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of local codes, materials, and construction methods.
