S.Property Consultant (REAL ESTATE)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, identifying and generating leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves staying updated on real estate market trends and providing training or guidance to junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property dealings, and understanding of the property market trends
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills with proven success in meeting sales targets
• Ability to mentor and provide Training for team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships
• Professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic real estate environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a MUST
