Job Title: Safety Engineer / Field Compliance Officer

Job Description:

We are hiring a committed Safety Engineer / Field Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards across operations. The role involves conducting inspections, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of workplace safety. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HSE standards and field safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks
• Monitor and report on safety performance and incident trends
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
