Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facility engineering activities in camps and administrative facilities.
- Oversee operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, DX, and ventilation systems.
- Supervise maintenance of pumps, hydraulic systems, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules per approved plans.
- Ensure timely corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Assign tasks to foremen and technicians and monitor work progress.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers under management guidance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in facilities management and engineering maintenance.
- Good knowledge of preventive and operational building and equipment maintenance systems.
- Ability to manage teams and supervise technicians and external contractors.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Familiarity with occupational health, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Good communication skills with the ability to prepare regular performance and maintenance reports.
