Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive
Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance across our construction and mechanical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with UAE. safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor heavy equipment operations and third-party certifications
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical preferred)
- 2–4 years of relevant UAE, experience (construction/mechanical)
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory) + IOSH certification
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, heavy equipment, and certifications
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and incident analysis skills
