Safety Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, training employees on workplace safety, investigating accidents and incidents, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The Safety Officer will also collaborate with team members to improve safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across all projects.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices.
• Skills in Accident Investigation to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Experience in Security measures to ensure worker and site safety.
• Strong ability to provide effective Safety Training and foster safety awareness.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certification or training in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
