Hi All,
We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our Precast Manufacturing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety policies, and local authority requirements
Conduct regular site and plant safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
Monitor precast production activities (lifting, casting, curing, stacking, transportation)
Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare safety reports
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Coordinate safety training and emergency drills
Liaise with management and site supervisors on safety matters
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Minimum 35 years experience as a Safety Officer in Precast / Construction / Manufacturing
Knowledge of lifting operations, heavy machinery, and precast safety standards
Valid safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred)
Strong communication and reporting skills
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
Location: Mina abdullah (Ahmadi)
Availability: Immediate / Short notice preferred
