We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our client's team in KSA. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with occupational health & safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and site safety inspections
- Deliver safety inductions, training, and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Stop unsafe acts and support corrective actions
- Respond to incidents, support investigations, and prepare safety reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors on safety inspections, audits, and documentation
- Track and report H&S performance and trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction H&S
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification required
- Degree in Safety Management or related field
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
