A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Lead Safety Supervisor
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in safety supervision, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a QC Inspector in highrise building projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide safety training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with management and clients on safety-related matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior safety officers.
