Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Associate in the fitness industry, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the success of our clients in reaching their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and solutions. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fitness industry. Possess a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and organized sales records and customer information in our CRM system. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations. Assist with tracking inventory levels and product availability.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and account management.
Prior involvement in the fitness industry.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Knowledge of fitness equipment and supplements is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
