What We're Looking For
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of opening new accounts and closing complex, high-value deals
Background in EdTech, L&D, HR technology, or workforce solutions you understand how organisations think about talent development, and you know how L&D buying decisions get made
Suffi cient knowledge of AI and digital technologies to hold credible conversations with technical and business leaders about AI upskilling programs you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the landscape well enough to be a trusted adviser
Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles where you're building a business case as much as closing a deal
A consultative, problem-fi rst approach to sales you're not selling off the shelf, you're designing a solution through dialogue
An established network in Saudi Arabia across corporate, government, or public sector organisations, or a clear, credible plan to build one
Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken you'll switch between both depending on the client and the room
Deep familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting
Based in Saudi Arabia, with fl exibility to travel within the Kingdom and regionally
