Position Overview:
The Sales Account Executive at ITXPROS will start the sales process by initiating calls, establishing interest with targeted prospects, and scheduling meetings/demos for the account managers. This role is crucial for generating leads and setting the foundation for successful sales conversions and a long-term business relationship. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle rejection while consistently meeting daily and monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
Establishing interest and qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
Conducting cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce ITXPROS services & products.
Scheduling meetings and product demos for account managers to further engage with qualified prospects.
Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
Researching new prospects and opportunities within the dental industry.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of call logs and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
Following up with potential leads to nurture relationships and engage them in the sales pipeline.
Collaborating with account managers to ensure a seamless experience for qualified leads.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and developments.
Providing feedback to the sales team on the effectiveness of outreach and prospect responses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Goal-oriented with a solid drive to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to perform research and identify new business opportunities.
High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
