Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with delivery, product, and technical teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 25 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience in IT services, software solutions, or technology sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of the UAE or GCC market
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and digital solutions
