Position: Sales Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets for data center, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, ELV/low-voltage (structured cabling, AV, BMS, UPS), and physical security solutions (CCTV, access control, VMS).
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans for hospitals/MOH and cross-sector enterprises.
- Maintain a robust and accurately forecasted sales pipeline.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, value articulation, demos/proofs of concept (POCs), and proposal development in collaboration with Pre-Sales.
- Manage tender/RFP processes from initiation to completion.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with Legal and Finance departments, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure smooth project handover to delivery and support teams, securing renewals and expansions.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Enforce disciplined CRM and data management practices.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree Business Administration / Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
