Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of FX clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and revenue
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Achieve and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets
Provide professional market guidance and client support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Requirements
Strong sales background any field (mandatory)
Experience in the FX / Forex industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory
A high level of English vocabulary is essential, as the role involves daily interaction with international clients
Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
