Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold calling, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competition. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and reporting on sales activities and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across Egypt & KSA Market.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT industry or managed services.
  • Strong network across Egypt & KSA markets preferred.
  • Preferred previous experience in Web Hosting and Infrastructure.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in preparing sales proposals and contracts
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
