The Position:

Sales Account Manager – Power Generation | Galadari Energy Solutions

Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) is looking for an Arabic speaking Sales Account Manager with power generation experience to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales and growing our power generation business in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Drive sales of power generation solutions, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, credit checks, negotiations and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and aftersales, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (desirable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the power generation industry in the UAE Market.
• Strong understanding of diesel generators, backup power systems and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• UAE driving license is essential, Travel is required.
