Job Summary

Globitel KSA is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role is suited for a driven professional who is passionate about acquiring new customers, generating sales opportunities, and taking on the challenge of achieving ambitious targets.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This is a quota-carrying, target-driven role focused on prospecting, opportunity management, negotiations, and deal closure.

The role owns the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing, and works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale.

Responsibilities

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and solution positioning
  • Lead negotiations and close deals

Account Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases
  • Manage commercial discussions, pricing, and contracts

Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and technical inputs
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery and customer success teams after closure

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and deal status in CRM
  • Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to management

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 58 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience selling complex or enterprise solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
