Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding client accounts within the IT solutions sector. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client technological needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. This position requires collaboration with internal team to ensure exceptional client service and alignment with company objectives.
Accountability & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT products and services from Interact Technology Solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management and clients.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting client satisfaction or sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or technology services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Understanding of IT products, solutions, and technology trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
