EELAF is looking for a Sales Account Manager – Low Voltage Projects to drive business growth across the project sector.
This role is for someone who understands how low voltage project business really works — from identifying opportunities and building relationships with contractors and consultants, to following tenders, securing approvals, closing orders, and supporting collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales for low voltage electrical products within the projects segment
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, panel builders, and project owners
- Identify new project opportunities and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline
- Follow the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and quotation to negotiation, closing, delivery follow-up, and collection
- Handle tenders, technical submittals, consultant approvals, and project follow-up
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including presales, procurement, logistics, finance, and sales operations
- Track market activity, competitor movement, and project developments in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong discipline on CRM / ERP updates, forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking
- Achieve assigned sales targets while protecting commercial quality and profitability
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in sales of low voltage electrical products, preferably in the projects business
- Previous experience in a B2B distribution company is strongly preferred
- Proven experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
- Good understanding of tendering, technical submittals, product approvals, and project sales cycles
- Strong commercial skills with the ability to negotiate and close business professionally
- Good technical awareness of low voltage product categories
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong reporting, communication, and account management skills
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site follow-up
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Good English communication skills
