Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions and services
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and presales teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in IT sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within Commercial, Banking, Real Estate, or Manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions (Networking, Security, Data Center, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong customer focus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
