Role Overview We are seeking a driven Arabic Speaking, Sales Account Manager based in Dubai to drive new business and revenue growth by selling comprehensive Cybersecurity Solutions and managed services to government entities and enterprises in the UAE and GCC. You will manage the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and position our client as the preferred regional cybersecurity partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities in assigned territory (focus on Abu Dhabi/UAE government & enterprise sectors).
- Lead the complete sales process: needs discovery, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CISOs, CTOs, IT leaders).
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for effective solution delivery.
- Stay informed on regional cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulations (NESA, ADHICS, etc.).
- Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
- Represent the company at regional events and conferences to generate leads.
Requirements
- 35 years of direct sales experience in cybersecurity solutions/services (mandatory).
- Proven success in B2B enterprise/government sales, ideally in UAE/GCC.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity offerings (SOC, MDR, cloud security, compliance, threat detection, etc.).
- Fluent Arabic speaker (essential for client engagement).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
- Proactive, resilient, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
