Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is key in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new markets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, support) to ensure client success
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6 months of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
